ABOUT US

We are Group of likeminded people who gathered with aspiration to make difference. Our Story started with urgent humanitarian need due to Russia's invasion into Ukraine on February 24, 2022.

On March 15th we opened first warehouse in Maryland for consolidating humanitarian supplies.

On March 21th we collected information on critical needs from Ukraine.

On March 21th we gathered 60 tons of humanitarian supplies accordingly.

During couple of weeks we developed logistics for collection, delivery and distribution from the USA to Ukraine.

On March 27th we organized the first dedicated charter plane Aerobus 330 from JFK.

On April 3rd first 55 tones delivered and distributed to 15 regions of Ukraine.

April 12th NGO "Revival Foundation" registered.

May 9th Opening collection and distribution center in Kyiv.

Ambassador(ret.) Temuri Yakobashvili has distinguished himself as a senior leader in institution building, strategic planning, policy crafting, and leadership development, government, international diplomacy, crisis management and negotiations.

Throughout his diverse of career, Ambassador Yakobashvili accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in governance, diplomacy, academia, and private sector.

He established several successful and impactful institutions; Spearheaded development of policies and strategies as well as their implementation on national and international levels; Excelled in fruitful collaboration between private and public institutions on local, regional, and international stages. Mr. Yakobashvili championed innovative solutions with significant social impact for governments, NGO’s and private sector.
He effectively advocated for robust and transformative policies affecting millions of people worldwide.

Founder and President of FCGroup a diplomatic consulting company based in the USA that provides the highest level of accommodation and logistic services for diplomats and government representatives across the world.

Ms. Krupenko is an expert in strategic business development, diplomatic connection, negotiation and marketing strategy.

Ms. Krupenko holds two master’s degrees from the Ternopil Academy of National Economy and Zhitomir University with qualification in Banking and Economics. Prior to her permanent move to the United States, Ms. Krupenko resided in Kyiv and was a Director of International Programs for the Institute for Social Transformation Counsel.

She provided logistics in public, international, regional & sectorial development and led teams in managing local government projects as well as international program development.

Ms. Krupenko is actively involved with many charity projects, programs and exhibitions with artists representing the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) across the US and Europe.

She also founded a program for young people that engages the participants in CIS/US cultural travel exchange programs with the goal of acquainting participants with US history and the modern-day life of American youths.

In 2010 Ms. Krupenko was nominated to the International Order of Saint Stanislas confirming ideals of humanism, charity, protection of human rights and freedom.

Dr. Bohdana Urbanovych has more than 25 years of experience in leading architectural, construction and restoration/preservation projects. She has been successful in managing, securing financial support, and winning project recognition awards from international and national NGOs as well as government ministries and development agencies.

As the Director of Architectural Restoration Department at the Ukrainian Regional Specialized Restoration Institute, she managed a staff of sixty-two architects involved in architectural restoration/preservation projects throughout Ukraine.

As the International Programs Director of the Association of Cities of Ukraine, Bohdana led international programs including development initiatives in collaboration with the USA, Canada, Sweden, Poland, France, and Germany.

As the Consultant of the Washington D.C. based “Management Systems International” Dr. Urbanovych prepared an ‘Assessment of Local Government Programs’ in East European countries to determine the impact of USAID sponsored local government activities on the management capacity of local governments; the influence of national political environment on adopting USAID sponsored local government programs; and determining impact on the process of decentralization and enhanced local governance.

As the Founder/Secretary of International Council on Monuments and Sites, UNESCO, Ukraine, she was the first one SABIT Fellow, the program of the US Department of Commerce, National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Dr. Urbanovych participated as a guest lecturer in the International Visitor Program of the US Information Agency/Department of the Interior/National Park Service “Historic Preservation and Culture“.

Dr. Bohdana Urbanovych is President of the “EcoTechinvest” LLC, USA engaged in organizing Renewable Energy projects in the USA and internationally.

Kateryna Kovalenko

Ms. Kovalenko is a professional certified expert on organization development in public and commercial sector. She has global certifications and practical experience on Innovative projects management and Global development – Senior HR Professional.

She has a successful and proved experience in creating, leading and facilitating work of transdisciplinary groups on the national level during presidential election and on international level in commercial segments: IT, Insurance, Finance, Retail, Manufacturing and Utilities.

20-year experience in complex campaigns management, strategic communications, 10 years in Microsoft Ukraine contributing to building and development of IT ecosystem in Ukraine.

Since 2015 Kateryna expanded professional experience in business and took a role of HR Director in АХА in Ukraine supporting and developing digital transformation of the company building culture of innovation, inclusion and trust. She developed new organization design to scale innovations and agile approach, launched HR business model, created #AXAInnovativeHUB, and deployed office technologies for employees’ productivity increase in the safe online environment.

In commercial sector Kateryna initiated and implemented number of international business transversal digital projects for business performance growth, talents development and sustainable culture building engaging world industry leaders and start-up communities.

Continuously contributes to leadership skills development, designs and delivers educational programs in collaboration with Business Associations and is a Tutor in Edinburg Business School in Ukraine.

In 2016 became a Winner of AXA Awards in the nomination Innovator; realized projects were highly recognized by National Award HR Brand.

Ms. Kovalenko is honorable resident of innovation platform reactorUA, mentor of annual Smart City Hackathon and trainer-facilitator of Design Thinking methodology.
